The core group from Turn 10 met last weekend to discuss this years Sebring agenda. Almost all were able to attend.

We found things to be much more expensive and time consuming for this years event, and decided to ask for help from our loyal Turn 10 family from Europe.

Turn 10 will still take care of the scaffolding, and food for Wed.,Thurs. and Saturday...that includes both breakfast and dinner for all. For Friday however, we are asking for help from our European friends to provide breakfast and dinner for that day. (You might teach us a thing or two about your great Mediterranean way of preparing food). Everything we have will be yours to use (Louie's cooker, pots, pans...etc.) This will take much pressure off the core group...who have been providing this service for YEARS.

Would appreciate a response from our European Turn 10 family so we can continue our planning for this years Great Sebring experience at Turn 10.

Hi John,

I can only speak for myself but I think I am for 100% sure to speak for all who will attend from DfH when I say that we will be glad to help out making sure the friday is set up in a spectacular way! cooking, snacks, breakfast, we can help out

can you PM me some more details on what amount of people we need to think off and what timelines we need to keep track off so we can work something out?

I will email some people here to set something up then

thanks!

Dirk Jan

Count me in as well! Let's also not forget about Rick, Melissa, JPC, wooley and bobU. Julian perhaps even Pieter, between the 10 of us, we should be able to pull a good day of food and drinking off!

Just replied on Club Arnage, but may as well on here as well.

Since I am not camping at Turn 10, it may be a bit difficult for me to chip in with the actual food provisions or cooking / preparation etc but I am happy to help out whatever way you see fit, either bring a particular ingredient, or a particular snack food or just a monetary contrubution to the fund to be spent on whatever food you decide to prepare.

So those of you actually camping at Turn 10, please work out what you intend doing and then let me know what you need from my end and we will take things from there.

Regards
Chris

Mike, as Dirk, QV and me will all arrive in Orlando between 16.30 and 17.00, my guess we will still be able to get a rental car and drive somewhere. Just need some direction from Orlando to River Ranch. ;D

Maybe Roy wants to join in too?

Roy, do you have the same in-flight as us?

we can then share a rental with the 4 of us, which would be great to split costs?

you ofcourse stay longer, maybe you want a separate car?

Sharing a rental looks like a good idea. I just might keep it longer! I will have to hear from Clay if I can stay with him after the race, before I book my flight. Let you guys know asap!

John/Mike

I almost feel in Limbo here as I've been welcomed into Turn 10 so warmly that I've been told I am now one of you! But I'm also one of the Europeans!! LOL

As you know from the last few years, I'm always happy to do my fair share of cooking (which normally seems to be breakfast every day with Lou!) but I'm happy to chip in/help in any way to make sure the week is a success!

Look forward to seeing you guys in six weeks!!

PS: Mike, I'll be heading to River Ranch too with Gish! Will call you soon to confirm logistics as he's on the road a lot at the moment!
